We do not allow reservations and unfortunately, parties greater than 6 may be split up due to limited seating capacity.
We love our furry friends, however per Gillespie County Health Division, pets are not permitted in our restaurant.

Experienced bakers
Our founder, Lutz, worked as a German baker for 20 years before coming to the United States in 1998 to take over the Old German Bakery in Fredericksburg, TX. Since then, his family-owned restaurant has flourished with traditional style foods and baked goods.
Baking is our family business for generations. Lutz's father and brother were bakers as well.
