Experienced bakers
Our owner, Lutz, worked as a German baker for 20 years before coming to the United States in 1998 to take over the Old German Bakery in Fredericksburg, TX. Since then his family-owned restaurant has flourished with traditional style foods and baked goods.
Baking is our family business for generations. Lutz's father and brother are bakers as well.
